I would like to believe this has happened to all of us. We see something on social media, or that a friend raves about and we are influenced to buy it. I can’t be alone in this.
Some things I have been influenced to buy haven’t been life changing for me, but I have found some real winners in the last year. Things that I use almost daily, and can recommend to you so you can be influenced just like I was.
I’m going to start with this pan because I use it daily. I saw someone on Instagram talking about this pan, and showing how her eggs don’t stick and I was instantly sold. I will tell you that this is heavier than your everyday nonstick pan, but it’s benefits outweigh its weight. Nothing sticks to this pan. Literally nothing. It is so easy to wipe clean I reuse it multiple times for one meal.
When this detergent first arrived, Aaron was not a fan. He didn’t love the smell and couldn’t understand why I would buy very expensive detergent. I saw it on Instagram and wanted my sheets, blankets, and towels to smell like a spa. After the first time I used it for our sheets I started using half regular detergent, and half this. The scent is still there, but more subtle and I’m obsessed with it. I only wash our blankets and sheets with it, so even though it is expensive it has lasted me a while.
This might be the most random find on the list, but did you know they make giant lint rollers? I saw someone using this on their bed on Instagram and HAD to try it. We have white couches and two cats, so you can imagine how much vacuuming I do. This lint roller has been great for quick clean-ups. If we know we are having guests over I run it over the couch so they aren’t covered in hair after their visit.
This is the Amazon romper everyone raves about. To be honest, I thought I would hate this. I didn’t think I would like undressing every time I used the bathroom, and I didn’t think it would be flattering. I was wrong. It feels like you are wearing pajamas, but it is cute enough to wear to the office.
The hair ties everyone talks about are as good as they say they are! I signed up for a subscription for Gimmie Beauty Hair ties and they have changed my ponytails. I have so much more volume in my ponytails, they don’t pull my hair out or give me a headache, and they hold through a workout. I got the thick bands in my first month. For my second shipment, I got the any-fit bands for half up hairstyles. If you want to try these hair ties, you can get your first shipment free by clicking here. You can cancel after your first shipment if you don’t love them, or get them every 3 or 6 months like I do.
The Billie Razor is probably my favorite find on this list. I feel like everyone in the world was talking about it, so I ordered it to see what all the hype was about. I was using a different razor at the time, so I did a comparison blog post (you can read it here). Almost a year later, and I am still in love with my Billie. I just started adding on the shaving cream a few months ago, and I really love that too. It is only $9 to get started with Billie, and they send everything you need right to your doorstep when you need it. You can get started here.
The final and most recent influenced purchase is the liquid collagen everyone is raving about. Now that we are running a few days a week I noticed my knees were sore in the mornings and my back is sore from sitting in a different chair. Collagen promotes healthy aging, healthy joints, and younger-looking skin, and according to the Modere website you body absorbs liquid better than the power stuff. I tried life chews the first time around because I thought they would be easier to take, and I could use it for something sweet. My liquid Biocell was delivered this week, so I am taking that in the evenings now. I can tell you that my hair feels so much thicker all of a sudden, and my eyelashes are longer. If you want to try it, you can get $10 off with this link.
