My Top Nail Colors For Winter

When the weather starts showing signs of winter I immediately want dark, bold nail polish on my fingers. I don’t know why. I gravitate towards reds, blues, greys, and sparkles.

I have picked the four nail polish colors I think I will have on repeat this winter season, and they are all very different.

I’ll start with a classic red. Nothing says holiday time to me like a red nail. I don’t like a bright red though, I want a deep, bold red. This one from Sally Hansen (Wine Not) is perfect, it even has a little frost to the finish which makes it look even more like a Christmas ornament to me.

I have already worn this navy blue color twice on my fingers, and once on my toes. Navy blue is one of my transition colors from fall to winter. The color is Sally Hansen Get Paid and it is a great true navy color.

When the time comes for holiday parties I reach for a sparkly color every time. Sally Hansen’s Gilty Party is a great gold because it isn’t super gold. It is festive, without looking childish in my opinion. It is also a great topper over other colors. You can tell by the lid on this bottle, I have had this polish for a while.

On to the shade I currently have on my fingers, Zoya – Odette. I’m totally into this mauve color for fall and winter. I have been wearing this color in sweaters, eye shadow, lipstick, and nail polish. It isn’t too bold if you work in an office, but is still a great color.

I also just bought these dainty rings in a set of 10. Am I cool enough to wear the first knuckle ring? Is that what they are called? I love the larger size rings to stack on random fingers, I’m just not sure about the smaller ones.
